Grayscale has filed an initial S-1 registration with the U.S. SEC for its proposed Grayscale HYPE ETF. The product will be established as a Delaware statutory trust and will merely be in possession of HYPE tokens in its own wallet. If approved, shares will trade on Nasdaq under the ticker GHYP.
